Brief Description: 
The breaking texture for small stalagmites and stalactites is incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Break a stalagmite or stalactite.
2. You will notice its breaking animation is weirdly positioned.

Observed Results:

The breaking animation appears outside of the actual block.

Expected Results:

The breaking animation should only be visible where the block is visible
