the dispenser that is supposed to milk a mooshroom with a bowl is not working. java minecraft vannila version 20w46a

What I expected to happen was...:
if all goes well there should be mushroom stuw
What actually happened was...:

only bowls came out

Steps to Reproduce:

 
1. insert a dispenser
2. place a mooshroom in front of the dispenser 
3.put in the dispenser bowls
4.and activate the dispenser
