There is an issue I want to report.

I have a private Minecraft Base and I built an underground Boat Parking Room. I have a boat launcher inside it. Whenever I enter the room and hop into the boat, a gate opens and soul sand should help me to get me on top of the water surface, inside boat so I am ready to ride it there. I have no issues getting up, but as soon as having only one Block to get to the top water surface, it gets stuck despite the bubbles of the soul sand reach top. I am still one second inside boat, but then I will be ejected.
