      1. Get a Nylium block and a non-pickaxe tool.
      2. Enchant said non-pickaxe tool with silk touch
      3. Place the Nylium block down and mine it with the silk touched tool
      4. It should drop nothing unless you mined it with a pickaxe, in which it works as intended.
