I died in the Nether with a full inventory, I ran back in within 30 seconds and it was all gone. (Nothing nearby that destroys items). This has now happened twice, same day, in a row. All items are instantly gone. I died essentially instantly after entering the Nether both times if that helps. And I already checked all Nether portals, they aren't in any.
