1.7 snapshots and zombified piglins don't drop gold ingots,gold nuggets,rotton flesh, Blaze not dropping blaze rods, squids not dropping ink sacks and potentially more mob loot not dropping.

• i do have a data pack that makes it that mobs have a chance to drop their heads so that might be the problem
