Standing at -164,5,-106 has me listed in the mushroom_fields, but doing a simple vertical jump (y=6) the biome changes to deep_ocean.

I thought the biome on changed on the X/Z axis, and not on Y?  Never seen this happen in previous worlds created with 1.16.3 or prior.
