The bug

Terracotta is present in the creative inventory after its colored variations. This is inconsistent with candles, which has its non-colored variant before the colored variations.

Clones MC-201592 and relates to MC-203640 and MC-1797.

This affects 1.16.4 as well, but it is only a valid report in 20w45a+ since creative inventory bugs that weren't introduced in the latest snapshot are considered duplicates of MC-1797.

How to reproduce

1. Open the creative inventory
2. Search for candle
   Notice how the non-colored candle is present before the colored variations
3. Search for terracotta
   Notice how the non-colored terracotta is present after the colored variations
