If you have spawnpoint on 250 block height, you will fall from and save yourself by water/powder snow/slime block which is placed while falling, your healthpoints will be buged and you will not take damage from anything.

Destroyed blocks will apper back. Up part of tall grass after destroying down part will levitate.

To fix that problem you have to use command: /kill.
