Powder snow particles are not shown when a player stands in a powder snow cauldron

      The bug

      When standing in a powder snow cauldron, the powder snow particles are not shown. This is inconsistent with a player standing in a powder snow block.

      How to reproduce

      1. Place down a cauldron and fill it with powder snow
      2. Stand in the cauldron
      3. Notice how powder snow particles do not appear
