Zombies and witches will become invisible without the potion effect applied.

What I expected to happen was...:
Mobs not to go invisible whether or not the chunks are loaded or unloaded.

      What actually happened was...:
After a period of time the mob will go invisible without the invisibility potion effect applied to them. It occurs for me when the zombie and witches are left alone for an extended period of time. It doesn't matter if the mob is holding an item, name tag or a converted villager to witch. They do not despawn after an extended period of time and only reappear after closing and reopening the world.

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Best way to possibly observe this is to set up a simple iron farm with three villagers on top of beds with a zombie in the middle three blocks away from the surrounding villagers with work stations.
      2. After a period of time the zombie will disappear visually even after being name tagged or item placed in their hand.
      3. I wish I could give a better time period for this occurring, but I have only noticed this after an all night afk session (Picture below there was no way for the zombie to die, but even after multiple relogs and restarts it had disappeared even though it as name tagged, had an item in its hand, and a full armor set including a helmet)
