Ctrl + Pick Block on placed ominous banners is not the same as Pick Block

      When using Ctrl + Middle-click on Ominous Banner, instead of giving you the Ominous Banner, it gives you a nameless White Banner with (+NBT) data.

      When using Middle-click on Ominous Banners it gives you a normal Ominous banner, but Middle-click + Ctrl gives you a broken ominous banner. (See screenshot)
