When attempting to output a dropper or dispenser into another inventory (like a hopper, chest, other dropper, etc.), it will instead fire the item into the world instead of placing it inside the inventory.

HOW TO RECREATE:

1.) Place a dropper or dispenser facing into a chest or barrel or other inventory (it doesn't matter what, as long as it can hold items)

2.) Power the dropper or dispenser

3.) Observe the item being fired into the world as an entity instead of being placed into the inventory.
