The Bug:

Lightning bolts render above rain that's behind blocks when using the "Fabulous!" graphic setting.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to your video settings and ensure that your graphics setting is set to "Fabulous!".
2. Summon a large wall of blocks by using the command provided below.

   /fill ~5 ~ ~10 ~-5 ~10 ~10 minecraft:stone

3. Set to weather to "rain" and while looking in the direction of the summoned wall, summon some lightning bolts in front of you by using the command provided below multiple times.

   /summon minecraft:lightning_bolt ~ ~ ~30

4. Look closely at the lightning bolts and rain in front of you.
5. Take note as to whether or not lightning bolts render above rain that's behind blocks when using the "Fabulous!" graphic setting.

Observed Behavior:

Lightning bolts render above rain that's behind blocks.

Expected Behavior:

Lightning bolts would not render above rain that's behind blocks.
