The elder guardian particle moves when an existing elder guardian moves while its in front of the screen. To reproduce, spawn an elder guardian with no AI and display the elder_guardian particle. Notice that the movements of the ghostly image of the elder guardian moves in the same way as the elder guardian does. The particle's spines rapidly retract and expand, and its eye follows the player.
