Copper Blocks are not affected by Random TickSpeed

      Hi there! In Minecraft Java, Snapshot 20w45a, there seems to be a problem regarding copper oxidation and Random tick speed. Using any variant of copper-related blocks, even with the max RandomTick speed, they are not changed at all, for example when I typed this in:

       

      /gamerule randomTickSpeed 999999999

      noting happened. Thank you!!!
