when a shulker gets hit by a bullet and summons another one the original one tps away insted of the new one

      The bug:

      When a shulker is created as the result of a shulker hitting another shulker with a shulker bullet, the original shulker(the one that got hit) teleports away, instead of the newly created one.

       

      How to reproduce:

      1. summon two shulkers and position the player so that they form a line(put the player one block lower):
      2. run commands:
        /effect give @e[type=minecraft:shulker] minecraft:glowing 999999 0 true
        
        /effect give @e[type=minecraft:shulker] minecraft:resistance 999999 255 true (just so the shulkes dont die)
        
      1.  put player in survival mode
      2. wait until a 3. shulker is created
      3. see that the original shulker which has been hit, has tped away and the new(not glowing) one is at its position

      Expected behaviour:

      The shulker that has been hit, stays at its place and the newly created shulker tps away.
