Tinted glass still lets in Skylight (from the player's perspective) even though the hard value is 0.

Steps to reproduce

1. **Surround yourself in tinted glass
2. Press F3
3. Observe how both block and sky light are 0.
4. Optional: Surround yourself in stone and repeat 2 and 3 for comparison.
