Steps To Reproduce:

1. Obtain an Enchantment Table and a piece of Lapis Lazuli
2. Place down the Enchantment Table
3. Observe the texture of the Lapis Lazuli in your inventory and the Lapis Lazuli in the Enchantment Table GUI

Observed Results:
The Lapis Lazuli texture in the Enchantment Table has not been updated to match the 1.14+ texture.

Expected Results:
The Lapis Lazuli texture in the Enchantment Table has been updated to match the 1.14+ texture.
