Endermites summoned with commands, or spawn eggs will not aggravate Endermen.

      Endermites that are summoned with spawn eggs, or summon with the summon command will not aggravate the Endermen. The only way to have an Endermite aggravate an Endermen is to summon it with enderpeals.
