Bee Randomly spinning or becomes frozen when on a block

      so when a bee either sits above a tile entity block, either the 2 will happen,

      1. The Entity becoming completely frozen
      2. It will start randomly spinning over the block

      i haven't looked into more detail about this and i suspect its probably a vanilla bug

      no idea if this affects earlier versions as well
