How to reproduce

• Get a baby piglin holding nothing
• Bring them to the overworld or end and let them zombify

What I expected:

Baby zombified piglins always yield a golden sword in survival Minecraft and so when it zombified it should gain a golden sword

What happened:

Baby zombified piglin has no weapon

I understand this may be WAI but the old behavior (of gaining a golden sword when zombified) was replaced with this new behavior (allowing baby zombified piglins without swords) in 20w22a without a mention in the changelog. Since this change wasn't mentioned, I think it's possible that this was an unintended change.
