The Bug
Certain sounds made after using a UI interface aren't apart of the UI sounds but apart of blocks

Affected Sounds

• block.anvil.use
• block.smithing_table.use
• block.enchanting_table.use
• block.grindstone.use

Replicate

• do /playsound block. on any of the sounds above
  Notice that they are apart of blocks
• do /playsound ui.
  Notice that UI sounds exist but none of the sounds above are in it
