On 10/19/2020, but later than @8:05 PM CST,

I searched up skins on minecraftskins.net, finding a skin that was to my liking and then downloaded it and changed it by hand.  Then I went ahead and changed my skin on MineCraft: Java Edition 1.16.4 Pre-Release 1, and then I ended up with a "flipped," skin as shown below in the two images. I have tried multiple times trying to fix this issue, but it appears to be a bug related to custom skins made by hand.

As shown, it shows my skin inverted in such a matter a white cover on the second layer which hides the first skin layer. Is this a bug or is it my inability to create one?

I believe this issue has something to do with the skin file. In case of that matter I'll leave where I posted the photos.

Also one last thing I forgot to mention, I tried moving the skin to 1.16.3 to fix the issue but sadly it did not.

It turns out that it was my ability to make skins after all.

If you are able to send me the original steve skin so I can make one from scratch that would help me out a ton.

      Thanks!
