Ok, I've followed all the advice on the forums and none of it has worked. I have windows defender (not avast or norton) and did all the things suggested anyway. No go. Tried nixing the firewall; again no go. My nivida drivers are  up to date and so is Java. so, thats not it either. I uninstalled and re-installed both the game and java. Still nothing. even tried running as admin, but no luck... 

I would like to say I tried the last solution but I do not see any launch options to be able to edit the options... there isn't anything that say launch options when opening up the game so, can't do it. The options are play, installations, skins, patch notes.. there is a settings button but it contains tabs for general , accounts, and about... None are the suggested option of the MC-34749 solution... In fact, I've tried everything on that  except the last option because it simply does not exist. dont' point me to that solution.. 

I have not been able to play for a couple of months now.... I got the run around from the customer service people and ALL I WANT TO DO IS PLAY THE GAME I PAID FOR. seriously.. im loosing my patience with this crap. give me a solution that works, please... for the love of all that is holy do not suggest MC-34749 solution... just don't.. seriously.. I've done all of it that is available to me... help.
