Social Interactions are not accessible with a low window height

      The bug

      When resizing your window to have a low height / wide screen resolution, Social Interactions cannot be managed. This is not an issue with other UIs, as they stop shrinking at a certain point.

      How to reproduce

      1. Open a world to LAN
      2. Open Social Interactions
      3. Resize your window's height to be very low
      4. Observe
