I have an issue on my Minecraft worlds. What would happen is that every 10-15 minutes my game will suddenly freeze. This is a very sudden occurrence that happens. After a few minutes the game would crash! I have tried all I could on the in game settings, but nothing seems to work. It is worth noting that I am using a mod titled Optifine. Even thought I have been in the vanilla game the same thing would happen. So I do not think this is the issue. I hope you can get around to fixing this issue as soon as possible.
