What I expected to happen was...:
Upon starting Minecraft, being able to leave the structure where I last was (also the spawn point for the world) and interact with blocks by destroying them, open chests/doors, use crafting tables, etc.

What actually happened was...:

When I spawn in the structure another player created, I'm not able to open doors to leave nor dig my way out. I'm also not able to open chests, use crafting tables, go to sleep on the bed, use the furnaces etc. Basically am trapped and can't play the game  

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Minecraft
2. Enter multiplayer server
3. Start in structure (also the spawn point)
