      You can sprint backwards, sideways, diagonal, in all directions if you leave a boat as the sprint animation is happening. This also makes it so you don't need to eat much and when you shift you go faster than normal. Here is a video of it happening https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V3J5gT6XaQU
