I reopened MC-197031 but no one has looked at it for over 5 days so I'm making a duplicate to get your attention.

I also get no minecarts w/chests in abandoned mines, versions 1.16.1, 1.16.2, and 1.16.3.

I get "no such entity" error when attempting to locate the nearest one with commands.  The lone tracks against walls (where the carts would normally spawn) are still present.

It kinda sucks the fun out of exploring mines when you already know there isn't any treasure.  Been holding off on mining so I don't generate shafts without treasure in them before the bug is fixed, but mining is kind of a core component of the game...
