The bug I have is during the daytime, drowned cannot attack a player. I replicated this twice, in different worlds. I did not have any datapacks or mods(including optifine) installed. To replicate this bug, all you need to do is have a drowned on land during the daytime, and be in survival. This also applies to drowneds with tridents, although, if you attack them, they will attack you. This does not work for swords. This is only for drowned, zombies and husks still attack as normal. This bug still works if the player is wearing armor, although in the two short videos I attached, I do not have armor on. Keep inventory does not affect it, and nor does mob spawning. I did not change any other game rules. I have not tested this in multiplayer, but LAN does not affect it. I have two videos showcasing the issue, but they are too big to upload, if you need them.
