When an observer is connected to a Redstone clock it can lead to weird behavior in comparators and Redstone lamps. Comparators will get powered even though they need 2 ticks to power them, (you have to have 2 or more in a row to see this) and the Redstone lamps will turn on and off inconsistently. If you put a lot of comparators in a row you will see the same bug as MC-54711 where they will all power up to the very last one which wont power, but this report is about the observers behavior. If the observer is powering a block or a Redstone line going into these components the comparator will behave the same but the Redstone lamp will Glow without flashing unless it gets updated, where it will go back to turning on and off inconsistently (picture 3)
