Simply i can't connect to every minecraft server stuck on pinging.... forever

      my pc: ubuntu 20.04, running java 8, official launcher, 8gb ram, 240gb ssd, firewall: ufw allowed port: 25565 on any network

      I CANT CONNECT TO EVERY MINECRAFT SERVEr. it will stuck on pinging... forever and i know i configured my pc firewall to allow 25565 port but why im getting this error on over 7 minecraft servers?!? whats going on??
      is there a problem with my modem's firewall? if someone knows whats the problem please comment for me. PLEASE HELP.
