I built a stem farm that worked perfectly in 1.16.2, but reliably explodes Netherite blocks in 1.16.3. The Netherite blocks are pushed to clear a path for TNT. I assume this takes just the right piston timing. I don't know if the same can be done for Ancient Debris. This is on a multiplayer server that I believe is running Spigot. Pretty bummed the farm doesn't work anymore.
