Hi, Usually I don't do support tickets like this but I was playing on a server that required 1.16.2. It just updated today to 1.16.3. I updated my minecraft and did the correct steps but the 1.16.3 version does not appear anywhere. I contacted friends on how they did it, and they said it updated automatically. Ill provide screenshots on what the issue is because I feel like this is a unique issue to myself and my brother who are both having the issue. 

I used the minecraft website (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-java-edition-1-16-3)

To re-download the launcher under the "Get the release" section.

Just some context on the screenshots, first one is me providing that I have the most updated java version. The second screenshot is the 1.16.2 version in the launcher (installation tab), it has no 1.16.3 version either above or below. The third screenshot is the Latest release of 1.16.2 (for optifine). The fourth screenshot is me showing that the folder 1.16.3 is missing in the .minecraft versions tab. Last screenshot (im not sure how you associate with optifine but I provided it anyway) is optifine unable to load after being downloaded.
