Older minecraft versions not availible in the dropdown

      I want to create a new installation of Minecraft in 1.8.9 but when I create a new profile and choose the version, anything before 1.16 doesn't appear I have historical and snapshots and releases on.

       

      Btw this isn't 1.16.3 i put it bc I had to put a version
