      Nether wart always generates on the first stage in fortresses, but fully grown in bastions. Expected is that all Nether wart generates in the same fashion.

      To reproduce, use the seed -3079756198251646233 and run the following commands:

      /execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @p -1032 34 745 0 180

      /execute in minecraft:the_nether run tp @p -1249 53 1321 0 180
