Sword Doesn't Break Blocks

      In Creative Mode a sword would not break any blocks

      What I expected to happen was...:
      When I left clicked on a block with my sword in my hand the block broke

      What actually happened was...:
      When I left clicked with my sword in my hand the block would not break

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Equip sword
      2. Left click on block
      3. Block will not break (like the bedrock in survival)
