When I was walking trhoug the tundra, I seen ariver. In that river I saw that at one point the ice was one block lower then at the rest of the river. The water pool as just a suggestion, The problem could also besomething else. It was generated in 1.16.2, but I couldn't choose that option at affected versions anymore.
