I noticed the block above the blast furnace in a plains armourer house was preventing any villager from claming that workstation. The Blocks are bricks and I hope to change bricks to some kind of wall so it looks likes a chimney or other materials that let vilagers claim that workstation. There may be other houses that do this and other jobsites that do the same as this, but I've only tested the plains one so far.
