Over the last 24 hours, I've encountered over a dozen instances of Iron Golems spawning on Red Stone Dust (dots) and Red Stone Blocks that are part of contraptions, when few other to no other spawning spaces are available. This has happened across multiple save files all of which have similar Iron Farm designs operational.
