Breaking maps on Fixed:1b item frames in creative mode won't remove green markers from the map.

how to reproduce:
1) generate map #0
2)

/summon minecraft:item_frame ~ ~ ~ {Facing:1b,Fixed:1b,Item:{id:"minecraft:filled_map",Count:1b,tag:
{map:0}}}

3) break the item frame by left-clicking in creative mode

→ the item frame marker is not removed
