EDIT: duplicates MC-108636

From 17w47a and onwards, the footprint particle has been removed from the game, which has been confirmed to be an intentional removal (MC-135565). However, the texture file can still be found in assets/minecraft/textures/particle despite it not being used anywhere in the game to my knowledge.
