savanna_temple_2 sometimes has some misrotated floor blocks

      The Bug
      The floor of savanna_temple_2 has some incorrectly-rotated blocks if the building generates facing north or south.

      This happens because some of the floor blocks in the template use axis=y instead of axis=z. When the structure is rotated 90° or 270°, the blocks with axis=z are correctly changed to axis=x, but the blocks with axis=y remain unrotated.
