      Yeah, this bug is back, this bug was Initially in 1.13 and came back to 1.16.2.

       

       How to Reproduce:

       do /summon lightning_bolt ~ ~ ~ looking for water and do F3 + Esc to pause the game

      you will see all the blocks underwater without night vision

      How I found this bug:

      I was playing Minecraft and I thinked: "Is the lightning bolt bug back?" I tested and the bug was found
