I had 3 villagers standing on carpet with blocks two blocks above their heads. On one side of them were workstations and on the other side were beds, the head of the bed facing inwards towards the villagers. Past the workstations and beds was a long drop of about 20 blocks. Upon updating my realm to 1.16.2, the one villager was on top of the foot of the bed which had no ceiling blocks as I assumed the villagers would never have a way over to that spot. The other two villagers were on the ground. They had had no trouble staying in place in 1.16.1. Also, there is a zombie looking at them from a few blocks away, although I'm not sure if that would have caused the villagers to jump off the platform.
