In our server world, we have names items and signs that were written in Hebrew, from right to left, for example the word 'שלום'. After we updated to 1.16.2, all the Hebrew texts in the world went backwards, makes 'שלום' to be 'םולש'. Right to left text has always needed to be typed backwards, but was shown properly, and it is still so, but all the old text from before the update is not backwards.
