Hello, 

I downloaded Minecraft Java edition almost a year ago, and for the first few months everything worked fine. However, for some reason, I can't hear any sounds while playing anymore. I tried to download Minecraft again, but it didn't download sound resources. I found the sound resources files online and tried to put them into the Minecraft folder too, but it still didn't work. It is not the problem of my laptop, because for other things the sound comes out just fine. And I turned on the sounds from 'Settings' in Minecraft, too. I miss playing Minecraft with various sounds. How can I fix this?
