Respawn Anchors, when charged, should emit light, which power depends on the charge level. However, I've noticed that an Anchor charged only with one Glowstone block makes a small "shadow" that dims nearby blocks and does not emit light at all (maybe a very small fraction which is basically nullified by the created darkness).
