In seed -3674922224848462154 the village next to the spawn does not generate the houses, only the paths. This did not happen in 1.15.2.

What I expected to happen was...:

That the village was generated with the houses.

What actually happened was...:

The houses were not generated.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter the seed -3674922224848462154

2. Go to the village by typing /tp @s 240 ~ -336

3. Repeat both steps but in 1.15.2
